Privacy policy

This policy explains what nvnt labs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://nvntlabs.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we keep the data short: we collect what we need to answer you and run the site, and nothing else.
When you send a form. The details you type — typically your name, email address, phone number and message — so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a form.
When you book a time. The time you choose, your name and email address, and anything else the booking form asks, such as a phone number or a few words about what you need — so we can confirm the appointment, send you the details and be ready for it.
When you take our scorecard. Your answers and the result they lead to, so we can see which questions matter to visitors and, if you then get in touch, understand what you need. Answers are anonymous unless you choose to share your email.
When you visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We also count page views ourselves without cookies: a daily, one-way hash of your address and browser that cannot be turned back into either, kept only as a number of visitors.
Where you came from. When you arrive from an ad, a campaign link or another website, your browser remembers that source (for example “Google Ads” or a campaign name) for up to 90 days in its own storage, and it is attached to any message, booking or signup you send — so we know which of our efforts reach people. It is not shared with anyone and holds nothing that identifies you.
Analytics and session recordings. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and where visitors come from, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as heatmaps and session replays) so we can make the site easier to use. Clarity hides what you type into forms. Both set cookies to tell one visit from another; see “Cookies” below.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.
We share information only with the services that run this site, and only as much as they need to do their job:
We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
This site uses cookies for analytics, session recordings and measuring our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay to improve and market our services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimisation, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For more about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Bookings and form messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. Visitor counts are kept for about a year. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security.
If you are in California, the EU, the UK or another place with its own privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and we honour them. We do not sell personal information.
This site is not aimed at children under 13 — and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site.
